Matt Finstad was born, raised, and currently resides in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, with his wife and two children.
Matt’s favorite part about DestiNATION is the environment. He tries hard to keep the professional, but relaxed atmosphere people enjoy. He does his best to mix in the occasional dad jokes to keep everyone laughing! He says, “It may be fast-paced, but at the end of the day, we are one big family, and I truly feel like the team enjoys being here!”.
Outside of work, Matt spends his free time hanging out with his family. His hobbies include riding UTV’s, traveling, and the occasional round of golf.
Matt started in the logistics industry at the ripe age of 20 while attending college in Florida. For the first several years in the industry, he focused heavily on LTL and worked with common carriers. However, as he spent more time in the industry and his customer base grew, so did his knowledge of all transportation aspects. FTL, LTL, or specialty, Matt can help facilitate all modes.

April was born and raised in Otsego and still lives there today with her fiancé Steve and their three kids, ages 16, 13, and 11.
She enjoys the laid-back work environment at Destination. It’s nice to work for a place that knows the definition of working hard but can also have fun at the same time. In addition, she has made lifelong friendships with many of her coworkers here.
She and her fiancé started a design and decorating business on the side this year, and that is something they both enjoy doing together outside of their 9-5 jobs. She also enjoys boating, fishing, spending time with family, and attending her kids’ sporting events.
An Interesting fact about April: She shares her birthday with her aunt, uncle, and two cousins. They have made local news stories over this, no one can believe all 5 of them share the same day in one family, and not a single one was planned that way.

Dan grew up in northern Minnesota where he was a track and cross-country athlete. He continued to Hamline University where he majored in business management. Dan currently resides in the Twin Cities with his wife and two kids. Dan found his home at Destination Transport because of the enthusiastic and fun-loving culture here.

This summer, Dan participated in RAGBRAI, a week-long ride across the state of Iowa, and hopes to continue his endurance sports endeavors by completing Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim, a running/hiking route from one side of the Grand Canyon to the other and back again. Every year for Dan’s birthday, he volunteers at Free Bikes 4 Kids, an organization that sustainably furnishes bikes to kids-in-need, providing a pathway to health, happiness, and opportunity.

After working different aspects of business operations and working as an Operations Manager for a successful trucking company that specialized in over dimensional hauling, Randine was ready to take on a new challenge in transportation when Destination asked her to join the team. Randine joined Destination Transport in 2022 and has been enjoying building relationships with shippers and carriers while continuously learning and growing in the industry.

After spending five years in the car rental industry, Dan was looking for his next fast-paced customer service career. After interviewing with Destination Transport and learning about the transportation industry, he knew this would be a great career opportunity. The industry has changed a lot since 2018, but Dan still enjoys the fast-paced environment and the new challenges each day can bring.
Favorite thing about working at Destination: Although the company has grown a ton since Dan has started, they have been able to keep that family-owned small business feel.
When not at work, Dan can be found unplugged from technology and enjoying the great outdoors. His perfect weekend would include golfing, hunting, fishing, and camping.

Justin grew up and graduated high school in Barnum, MN, a city about 2 hours North of the Twin Cities. He has 3 siblings that he is close with, has 3 kids of his own, and his girlfriend has 2 kids of her own, so they have a busy house. Justin currently lives in Brooklyn Park, MN which is right outside of Minneapolis, MN. Justin enjoyed growing up in the country, but as an adult, he enjoys the city life and the opportunities that come with it.
Justin loves the atmosphere here at Destination Transport! The Ownership team is there for anything that we need and have set up a great support system. You are allowed to have as much success as the effort that you put in and there is unlimited potential for growth. Destination Transport is doing things the right way and their cradle to grave account management philosophy is key.
Justin enjoys getting out and making memories with his kids, going golfing, watching football, and riding his motorcycle.
Before coming to Destination Transport Justin worked for Bunzl Distribution and handled the warehousing and shipping for two of their top 10 global accounts. Tori has been in logistics since 2007, working directly with carriers like UPS Freight. While attending college for sales and marketing, she had great success with UPS Freight, becoming an operations supervisor in 2010. Mostly dealing with LTL and driver management, Tori understood the importance of creating trustworthy, long-lasting relationships with customers and decided in 2021 to switch into 3PL services to provide a more direct contact to exceed customer expectations.
Tori currently resides in Coon Rapids MN, with her husband who she met at age 12 when they were next door neighbors in NE Mpls. They started dating in 2007 and got married on their 10th anniversary in 2017. They have one son and one daughter.

If he is not at work, you can bet he is out on the local lakes or getting up to the cabin on Lake Vermillion in Northern Minnesota. He loves to travel and found an unexpected passion for coaching his daughters soccer team.
Interesting Fact: He played as a running back, linebacker, defensive end, kicker, and even quarterback in his high school football days. He once had the opportunity to play a game in the old Metrodome in Minneapolis and scored the game winning touchdown and topped it off by kicking the extra point as well.

After college Aaron moved to San Diego for a year to try something and somewhere new, but quickly realized MN is where he wanted to lay down his roots. Upon his return he started working in the wine & spirits industry- most of that time was spent with the Brown-Forman Spirit Supplier which is best known for the Jack Daniels brand.
In 2019 he married his wife, and in 2021 they welcomed their first daughter. She was so excited to meet her parents that she came 3 months early! He resigned from Brown-Forman to be a stay-at-home dad while she worked through the challenges of her early arrival. As soon as she was strong and healthy enough to start daycare, he joined the DestiNation Transport team!
He spends most of the summer weekends in Northern MN at cabins with his friends and family. He loves hunting, fishing, golf, cooking, bonfires and everything else the MN Outdoors has to offer.

Bryce was born and raised in Alexandria, MN alongside his younger brother and parents. He moved to the Twin Cities region in spring of 2023.
He attended Alexandria Area High School where he ran cross country, wrestled, and played for the golf team. Upon graduating in 2021, he went to NDSU for a degree in Business Administration while also working as a car salesman. After looking for a new start and a fresh challenge, he joined DestiNATION’s team in May of 2023.
He enjoys golfing in his free time with friends and family, and growing up around plenty of lakes in Minnesota, you’ll usually find him in the water during his free time.

Tyler grew up in a rural area of Montana with his sister and brother. Upon completion of high school in 2019, he moved to Moorhead where he attended college at Concordia.
After graduating college, he immediately joined the team at Destination Transport. He enjoys being outdoors, especially on the golf course, but appreciates any opportunity to soak up the sun. Away from work you will likely find him doing one of the many other things he loves, including jogging, biking, cooking, swimming, or gaming.

Blake grew up in Woodbury, Minnesota and graduated from Stillwater High School. He grew up as an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for fishing and hunting.
Blake’s life took an adventurous turn when he started work as a commercial fisherman in Alaska, where he eventually reached the rank of captain. In the offseason he pursued higher education at the University of North Dakota, where he graduated with a degree in aviation management.

Brennan started with DestiNATION Transport in September of 2023. Even though he is relatively new, he can already recognize the effective, yet collaborative, team the owners have formed here. He graduated from North Dakota State in the Spring of 2022 with a degree in Communication and looks forward to showcasing his skills here! He was born and raised in Minnesota and doesn’t plan on leaving anytime soon. He currently lives in Brooklyn Park with 3 of his best friends and his dog, Oakley—a Miniature Australian Shepherd.

Jared was raised in Ramsey, MN with his parents and twin sisters. He attended the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, MI where he studied Business Administration, minoring in leadership. While he was there, Jared played NCAA Division Lacrosse for 5 years.
After graduating in 2020, Jared began working in construction while living in Detroit, MI, eventually opening his own company. He recently moved back to Minnesota and started his new career at Destination Transport.

Carter grew up In Dilworth, Minnesota, which is just 15 minutes from Fargo ND. He is the youngest of three. He went right into the Construction field for 6 years after Graduating high school in 2015. He did carpentry for 3 years, followed by an H-VAC Technician for 3 years. In 2021 he went into car sales at Luther in Fargo. He sold his home in February of 2023 and transferred to Luther in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, where he worked until joining Destination Transport in November of 2023.
Carter enjoys doing a variety of woodworking as well as spending the summers outdoors doing a lot of ATV riding.

Miranda was born and raised in Wisconsin. She is the proud owner of a Great Dane and a Lab Great Dane Mix. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her family, either camping or at the racetrack. Fast paced environments are where she thrives best. She also enjoys learning new things and meeting new people. Working in customer service is very familiar to her. Working in logistics is new but something she is very excited to pursue and continue to learn and grow with.

He began his professional career working in the bindery of the commercial print industry. Before he came to DestiNATION, he was a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half for two years. When he learned more about the opportunity at DestiNATION Transport, he immediately thought it would be the perfect career move.
Mitchell is an avid golfer, loves to play pickleball, and enjoys watching plenty of sports with Minnesota teams being his favorite (unfortunately!).

Tanner grew up in Cumberland, WI and recently traded sides across the boarder and lives in Zimmerman, MN with his wife and two dogs. Tanner enjoys a variety of things depending on the day but mostly enjoys projects around the house (that he chooses not what his wife tells him to do), attending concerts, sports card collecting, tattoos, and watching NFL games on Sunday in his split Packer/Viking fan house.
Tanner has worked in sales for 11 years spending most of his time in the building materials industry. Starting off as an OSR for lumber yards, he was quoting houses and other construction projects for the first 8 years of his career. He would then coordinate the flow of material from the yard to the jobsite. He then moved into building materials distribution where he managed a territory that covered an area between 4 states and about 150 customers. Over his career, Tanner has focused on delivering excellent customer service and working and growing to be the best at not only managing accounts but being a partner with his customers. When Tanner came on to DestiNATION transport he knew these skills would align perfectly with DestiNATION values. He believes the atmosphere makes DestiNATION a fantastic place to spend his weekdays and appreciates that they always look to do the next right thing.
Fun Fact: Tanner used to be an accomplished wrestler becoming a 2-time state qualifier in Wisconsin and was at one point ranked 2nd in the state in Div. 3 at heavyweight. These days, Tanner mainly wrestles his wife with dinner decisions and what tv show to watch at night.

In 2000 he moved to Owatonna, MN and started a cell phone dealership to fill a need in the community. After 2010 he worked in sales in the telecom / technology world as well as the construction industry. In 2024 Jason was looking for a new and fast paced challenge. He’s enjoyed meeting new people and building/sustaining relationships with customers.

After college He worked as a production lead at a factory, but decided he would like to take on a new endeavor in logistics. Which led him to joining Destination Transportation in 2024. He has enjoyed the relationship selling with shippers and carriers across the nation and is continuing to learn more about the industry each day.
In Jack’s free time he enjoys being in the woods, making money, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, and playing hockey.

Danny grew up in Sartell, MN along the Mississippi where he fished every opportunity that he could. Often sneaking the boat out without anyone knowing until he may have hit a rock bar.
He Attended Saint John’s University where he majored in business management and was on the golf team. After graduation he accepted a position at Anderson Trucking Services and worked there for 15 years. The high stress fast paced environment of transportation is what he enjoys the most.
Danny loves bow hunting, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his 3 kids. On the weekends you can find them at the cabin boating, enjoying water sports and sitting next to a fire.
Interesting fact about Danny: He raced Soap Box Derby when he was younger and won 2 state MN titles and placed 9th at nationals in Akron, OH.

Jace was born and raised in Minnesota and has lived in every area of the state whether its north, south, west… you get the idea! In 2010 he planted roots in Belle Plaine, Minnesota where he went to middle and high school and after graduating pursued a Bachelor of Science in business at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where he currently lives.
After working the retail detail in various home improvement stores his mom encouraged him to “get a real job” to start his career! He was drawn to DestiNATION transport in February of 2024, because of how DestiNATION makes a commitment to doing business the right way in an industry where that isn’t always top priority.
His favorite part of working at DestiNATION is how their values are his values and they allow and encourage him to be authentic and true to himself and make money while doing it. Not a bad deal if you ask him!
